About Us

Phil-Am Technical Services is a Dubai-based Integrated Property Services Partner, re-engineering the ecosystem that serves real estate and construction contracting. The company consolidates real estate brokerage, construction contracting services, and property & facilities maintenance under one roof, covering the property lifecycle from purchase or rental through to sale or move-out, from build-out and fit-out to handover.

Agile, modular business units replace legacy siloed verticals, synchronizing the client journey with the property lifecycle. Each module is a stand-alone service that can be combined and re-combined as needs change into a personalized, integrated partnership for the duration of the client journey. False Ceilings & Light Partitions Installation

Supply and installation of suspended ceiling systems, gypsum, modular, acoustic, and non-loadbearing partitions that divide and complete interior space. Framing, boarding, access panels and joint treatment, coordinated with lighting, AC diffusers and concealed services, for flexible layouts and clean surfaces ready to receive finishes.

Specialized application of cement and gypsum plaster to walls and ceilings, interior and exterior base coats through plain and decorative finishes. Engagement Bases

  • Call-out a single visit for a single issue, at a fixed or per-visit fee.
  • Scheduled & term monthly, quarterly or annual maintenance programmes with agreed scope and reporting.
  • Project defined-scope works: fit-out, renovation, remodelling and sale preparation, quoted and programmed.
  • Brokerage Engagement letters and standard contracts for sale and leasing mandates.

Delivery Discipline

  • One coordinator a single point of contact plans the works, schedules the licensed teams and reports progress.
  • Written approvals work orders and variations are priced, scoped and approved before any non-routine work proceeds.

Standards

Quality & Compliance

License Basis

All works are performed under Phil-Am's licensed activities, with approvals governing execution and permits, coordination where applicable, and brokerage conducted by registered brokers under standard contracts. We work to approved drawings and specifications, manufacturer recommendations and applicable codes, with testing and commissioning documented.

Client Protections

Payments flow directly between client and contracting entity, Phil-Am holds no client funds and operates no escrow. We do not collect rent, manage tenants or represent owners' associations. Maintenance, works and brokerage each run under their own agreement, so every engagement stays inside its proper regulatory lane.

Quality Commitments

Specification-led scope in writing before work begins. Inspected workmanship checked against the agreed standard, defects made good. Safe HSE procedures on every site, for our people and yours. Recorded service reports, photo documentation and warranties as standard close-out.
